What do FROGS have to do with being more PRODUCTIVE? This silly question “jumped up” in a seminar that I was giving last week.

So what does eating frogs have to do with being more productive? We all have tasks that we are dreading. It’s human nature to procrastinate because they are:

So what does eating frogs have to do with being more productive? We all have tasks that we are dreading. It’s human nature to procrastinate because they are:
a) UnpleasantIronically, completing these tasks (the frogs) is the best way to become more successful and productive. Just think about it; will you get that promotion by finishing next year’s marketing plan or by checking your email? The BIG tasks are what get us ahead in life.
b) Perceived as difficult or time consuming
c) All of the above
“Why should I eat my frog first thing in the morning?” you ask. There are a number of reasons.

3) You will start the day with a sense of accomplishment.
4) It’s all downhill from there.
